I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were average in comparison to the Deluxe King room we experienced elsewhere in Guayaquil. They were a bit cold but offered the necessary comfort for a good night's sleep. The service provided by the professional and attentive staff was top-notch, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The hotel's location was excellent, conveniently situated between the city's two Malecóns and near Centennial Park, making it easy to explore the attractions. The dining experience was enjoyable, offering a good selection of Ecuadorian specialties and classic dishes. The facilities, including the pool, gym, steam room, sauna, jacuzzi, and cold plunge, added to the overall comfort of the stay.

The location was perfect for sightseeing, being only 15 minutes from the airport and within walking distance of the Les Penas area. The dining experience was amazing, offering a variety of foods to enjoy. Overall, a great value for money!
