Reviews and Ratings
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were average in comparison to the Deluxe King room we experienced elsewhere in Guayaquil. They were a bit cold but offered the necessary comfort for a good night's sleep. The service provided by the professional and attentive staff was top-notch, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The hotel's location was excellent, conveniently situated between the city's two Malecóns and near Centennial Park, making it easy to explore the attractions. The dining experience was enjoyable, offering a good selection of Ecuadorian specialties and classic dishes. The facilities, including the pool, gym, steam room, sauna, jacuzzi, and cold plunge, added to the overall comfort of the stay.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were newly remodeled and very spacious, clean, and comfortable. It was a quiet retreat, which is rare in Guayaquil. The service was top-notch, with a very friendly and accommodating staff. The location was perfect for sightseeing, being only 15 minutes from the airport and within walking distance of the Les Penas area. The dining experience was amazing, offering a variety of foods to enjoy. Overall, a great value for money!
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were comfortably furnished and had great amenities, but there was a persistent musty smell that was off-putting. The service was top-notch with incredibly helpful and friendly staff, but some minor glitches were noticeable. The location was convenient for exploring during the day but not recommended for night outings. The dining options were fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious dishes, but the staff lacked proper training in some areas. The facilities were good overall, but there were aspects that could be improved.
